Request for accommodation in BUT Halls of Residence

BEFORE YOUR BOOKING, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION
AND ACCOMMODATION OF THE BUT:
  • Your reservation of the accommodation is valid from the moment of the confirmation from the accommodation office of the BUT that you will receive.
  • You have to pay for your accommodation from the date of arrival given on your request.
  • In the case your payment of total 450 EUR will not be credited to the account of BUT 14 days before the mentioned date of arrival given on your request, your booking will be automatically cancelled.
  • If you cancel your booking one week and less before your confirmed date of arrival, we will charge you a penalty for accommodation not taken up to the amount of 2,000 CZK.
  • Your booking will be cancelled automatically by Brno University of Technology if you do not arrive within 7 days following your confirmed date of arrival at the halls of residence. We will charge you a penalty for accommodation not taken up to the amount of 2,000 CZK.
