Mánes Residence Hall is found in the Brno borough of Královo Pole, and can be reached in a maximum of 15 minutes from the city centre by public transport.
The dormitory has a total of 266 beds in two buildings (88 single rooms and 89 double rooms).
The rooms have standard furniture and equipment. They are "twinned" (one double room and one single room with together a shower and toilette). View.

one "big" single room		161 CZK incl. VAT/day
one bed in a double room		101 CZK incl. VAT/day/person

In all rooms is Internet access. The dormitory amenities include piano room, photo lab, table tennis, laundry rooms, pay telephone and sauna.

MORE INFORMATION

The porters lodge service at these hall of residence is discontinued. Each resident at Mánesova dormitory has only one key, which open the main entrance and the room.

Check-in:

every day from 14.00
weekdays in opening hours come to the student accommodation department (block A03, 2nd floor, room 028)to close the contract of accommodation, pick up the key, eventually to pay the deposit
after opening hours, in the night or during the weekend pick up the key on the reception in Pod Palackého vrchem Residence Hall, block A02
first working day after arrival come to the student accommodation department (block A03, 2nd floor, room 028) to close the contract of accommodation, eventually pay the deposit

Check-out:

daily till 12.00
weekdays return the bed linen and ask the superintendent of the Halls of Residence to check the room (Mo - Thu till 12.00, Fri till 11.00)
come to the student accommodation department (block A03, 2nd floor, room 028) to check-out, make accounts and return the key
check-out after opening hours, in the night or during the weekend - working day before come to the student accommodation department (block A03, 2nd floor, room 028) with the confirmation from the superintendent to check-out and make accounts
return the key, the bed lined and check the room - according the agreement with the superintendent of the Halls of Residence

Opening hours of accommodation department:
Monday to Thursday:		from 7.30 to 12.00 and from 13.00 to 17.00
Friday:		from 7.30 to 12.00 and from 13.00 to 15.00

By the finish of accommodation student must give back the key of the room to the department of central student accommodation office.
