8. 9.2026Room Changes from 19 October 2026
 From 19 October 2026, students may submit applications for a room change. Requests will be processed according to the current accommodation capacity available in the residence halls. Detailed information and the conditions for room changes can be found HERE.
 
8. 9.2026Accommodation for Students from Other Universities
 Due to the current occupancy of our accommodation facilities and high demand from BUT students, we are currently unable to accept accommodation applications from students of other universities.
 
 Information on when applications can be submitted will be published in the News section once the accommodation capacity allows. If no such date has been published, accommodation applications from students of other universities are currently not being accepted.

14. 8.2026Accommodation for academic year 2026/2027:
 For students interested in accommodation for the 2026/2027 academic year:
 
 From 2 September 2026, BUT students may apply for available places in the dormitories.
 BUT students may submit their applications by phone, e-mail, or in person at the Accommodation Office.
 
 Students from other universities may apply for accommodation in person only and must provide confirmation of study for the 2026/2027 academic year.

The accommodation capacity designated for international students for the 2026/2027 academic year has already been fully allocated. In the event of continued interest, you may contact us during the winter semester to enquire whether any places have become available. As an alternative accommodation option, we recommend Domeq.

 Summer accommodation will be available in PPV dormitories, building A03.
