Accommodation office

The Accommodation Office provides central administrative services for all BUT halls of residence and is responsible for:




Office hours:

Monday8.00 – 11.00, 12.00 – 17.00
Tuesday–––––––––––––––––––––––
Wednesday9.00 – 11.00, 12.00 – 15.00
Thursday–––––––––––––––––––––––
Friday8.00 – 11.00

Office hours are primarily intended for in-person assistance at the Accommodation Office. To ensure smooth and efficient service for all clients, we kindly ask that telephone enquiries be made, whenever possible, outside office hours. If you are unable to reach us by phone, our staff are currently assisting clients at the service desk. During office hours, telephone calls may not be answered as a priority. Due to GDPR requirements, we can provide only general information by telephone. Questions regarding your account, payments, or other personal matters should be addressed in person at the Accommodation Office or by e-mail at ubytovatelky@skm.vutbr.cz. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Please note that if a large number of students are already waiting to be served, the distribution of queue tickets may be suspended before the end of office hours.

We inform students, in case that many students are already waiting with the ticket of the serial number, the giving out of tickets with serial numbers may be closed before the end of official hours.
